Reuse Water

2004 Legislative session saw the creation of a Water Task Force.

H.B. 243

(1) The committee shall review and make recommendations on the following issues:
(a) instream flow;
(b) water conservation and reuse.
(c) over-appropriation of water rights;
(d) management of ground water and surface water; and
(e) water right enforcement and penalties.
